This page describes how arcadyrealestate.pro (the "Site") handles personal information. The Site is operated by Arcady Polansky as a RERA-registered real-estate broker (BRN 50032) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What information is collected
The Site collects the minimum information needed to operate. Specifically:
- Contact-form data. Name, phone number, the option you selected (Buying / Selling / Consultation), and any free-text message. This information is not transmitted to or stored on any server. It is encoded into a WhatsApp link that opens in your device's WhatsApp client when you press Send.
- Usage analytics. If — and only if — you accept cookies via the consent banner, anonymised page-view and event data are recorded via Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica to understand which content is useful. You can decline; the Site works without analytics.
- Language preference. A small <code>localStorage</code> entry and a cookie remember which language you chose, so you do not have to switch each visit.
What is NOT collected
- The contact form does not send anything to a server. No email is generated.
- No advertising networks or retargeting pixels run without analytics consent.
- No payment information is requested or stored on this Site.
Communicating with the broker via WhatsApp / Telegram
Messages you send to +971 50 503 8761 via WhatsApp or Telegram are governed by the privacy policies of those platforms (Meta and Telegram, respectively) — not this Site. Conversations and attachments shared with Arcady directly are retained on his personal device for the duration of working with him; they are not shared with third parties except where required for the transaction (e.g. developer documentation, transfer procedures) and only with your explicit instruction.
Your rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, and where applicable under the EU GDPR or other foreign data-protection regimes, you have rights including access, correction, deletion, and objection. Data location
The Site is statically hosted on Cloudflare Pages, with global edge distribution. Any analytics data, where consented, is processed in the regions specified by the respective providers (Google: global; Yandex: Russian Federation).
